• Question: how many hours do you work a day?

      8 to 10 hours, depending on how busy the day is!

      It depends on the day, usually between 9-11 hours!

      I always want to work from 9 am to 5 pm; but it is not always like that. I may need to do overnight experiments and I can also rest at the day time if I am tired. My experiments guide me when I have to work; and I cannot control my time. But in general I do not overwork. I like to keep a balance between my work and personal life. on an average I work 8 -10 h.

      I’m usually in my office at 7.00 am and work through to around 6.00 pm most days. I do, however, avoid taking work home and working over the weekend. You need to take time away from work to avoid stress.

      I generally work a pretty standard working day 9-5, mon-fri. Sometimes if I’m super busy I will stay a bit longer or come in early – but I generally try to manage my time best so I can leave at a reasonable time! It’s very important to me to have a decent work/life balance. There’s a lot more to life than work!
