      I don’t think my 7 year old self knew what marine natural products chemistry is!
      But yes, I think she would be!

      I don’t think my 7 year old self would have a clue about what I was up to and certainly has no awareness of this as a job as a career. But, I reckon if she could see me mixing up my magic potions, playing with balloons and looking at glowing parasites – she would think it looked pretty cool and be happy!

      My 7 year old self wanted to be a pirate so I think she would be a bit disappointed, but probably very happy with who I am now and the cool work that I do 🙂

      My 7 year old would be very happy to play with crystals. He/She will tell the names of the crystals by looking at the colour and texture. who will not love crystals?
