Question: why would you describe yourself as enthusiastic?

Hey Kellis, that’s a good question it’s really hard to describe yourself in three words!! I said enthusiastic because I think you need a bit of general enthusiasm to do my job – there’s a lot of negative results and things not quite turning out how you hoped. I think I’m quite an enthusiastic person and I think it’s important to stay optimistic and want to carry on even if you’ve just found out something a bit disappointing!
