A small one… I’d like to see one of my former PhD students become a full professor. My first post-doctoral research assistant made it to professor at the University of Manchester a year or so back and that was cool!

My goal is to do be a team leader; I like to work collaboratively. It will be fantastic if I can stay in academia and become a full term professor; I can then have my own research group and explore new scientific ideas to solve current problems in the world.

Hey, this is a big question! In work, I’d love to be involved in a project that manages to get a medicine to market for people to take which will have a huge impact on their life! In my personal life, I would like to have a nice house and a dog and travel more of the world.
