I use pressure cooking. Not many chemists in the world do that. Pressure brings molecules/atoms close to each other. Pressure can change the structure and property of the materials tremendously. For example graphite can be converted to diamond using high pressure and high temperature conditions. I hope I will find lots of new compound that was unexplored; I will use pressure in the recipe. I already made a new drug with pressure.
