      Accept the challenges; try to do something different; try to do what nobody has done before; you might not be successful easily.. but if you are passionate; one day you will lead/guide many other scientists in the world.

      Don’t give up… take the good with the bad… and plan and think ahead. Don’t be afraid to talk to people either!
