• Question: Is there a song , that motivates you to work ?

      Haha! Great question. I’d say I am generally really motivated by music – I always have headphones on at my desk and we have the radio on in the lab. A song that gets me motivated changes all the time, but right now, coming into work on a Monday morning, I like to hear Lizzo – Juice! Such a happy wee upbeat tune!!

      “Don’t stop be me now” by Queen also when I was doing my PhD, my labmate and I used to listen to “Dancing Quuen” by ABBA when we were having a bad day in the lab!

      I’ll be honest… I haven’t really thought about that but I’d probably pick something from the Pink Floyd or ELP catalogue.

      i listen lots of indian bengali songs by Rabindranath Tagore (he is the 1st Nobel laureate from India)..he was inspired by Scottish music (one example: Auld Lang Syne). you may listen one of his song; and let me know how do you like.
